DELIVERY, DELIVERY PERIOD AND SHIPPING CHARGES
a) Available items are sent by post within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the order. Delivery is made using Swiss Post and its international partners for international shipments. Packages are sent in letter format and recommended.
b) Shipping costs are borne by the seller. These fees include only shipping costs and not any surcharges that may be applied by customs in respect of offshore shipments.
c) As specified in point b) Customs charges and VAT supplements other than Swiss VAT are borne by the customer and may vary according to the country of receipt of the goods.
d) The risks of the thing pass to the customer as soon as the items are delivered to the carrier.
